The General Manager position is essential to the success of our stores. The manager sets the tone and drives excellence in the team. It’s critical that the leader chosen for this position emulates our company values of family, integrity, respect, excellence, and service.
Role & Qualifications:
The job of the General Manager is to oversee the daily operations of our newest store in Columbia, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to customer service. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving store sales, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies, and leading a team to achieve business goals.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in retail management, preferably in a convenience store, food service, or similar environment. Demonstrated leadership experience in another field will be considered.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
Customer Focused: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and service training for team members.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, be resourceful, and implement effective solutions quickly.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours on occasion if needed, not to exclude weekends and holidays.
