Program Overview / Description
The ideal candidate would have experience with data integrations (API, application integration, ETL, Pub / Sub, etc.) with business experience and the ability to communicate these topics with a wide range of non-technical and technical teams.The Dealer Data Services Integration Lead reports to the Retail Systems and Data Integrations Manager and is responsible for establishing testing standards for all Sales Solutionssystems / applications. The Integration Lead will help manage testing schedules and timelines andprovide Sales Solutions Operations Support. In addition, the Integration Lead will assist withenhancement prioritization, training & communication development, solution documentation andprovide alignment with global users.This position will interact with other Business Process Solution Teams, the Global Connect Team, Sales & Order Management, Dealers, IT, Global Teams and other Suppliers / Vendors.Responsibilities
Development and implementation of UAT test cases, standards, and reportingProduction support centered around dealer and vehicle data systemsManage change request requirements and project trackingIntegration support for 3rd party vendorsOperational & Project SupportFast paced and highly variableProblem solving, technical (SOAP UI, Microsoft, multi-system)Involvement in enhancement release meetings / materialsHelp define, facilitate and support Integration testingIncorporate dealer feedback into planning effortsWork with other Dealer Business Solutions & IT Managers and supporting teams to coordinate the business activities and projectsHelp oversee and participate in testing for various data services being created as part of the DVMP process (Dealer Vendor Management Program) and other systems within Dealer Sales SolutionsWork with IT project teams during development of data services to ensure business needs are met with delivered solutionsParticipate in business validation of IT deploymentsQualifications
Required Experience :
Extensive knowledge and previous experience working with vehicle and dealer data, dealer systems and associated business processes, 5 yearsExperience in working with automotive OEM, 5 years. Dealership sales / ordering experience a plusAbility to ramp-up quickly on new work assignmentsWeb-service experienceHigh level of analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficultDemonstrated technical and professional skills in job-related area requiredA team-oriented mentality with the ability to build relationshipsAbility to recognize and value the importance of sharing ideas, results and best practicesThe ability to multi-task across a wide range of activities while remaining calm and efficientExtensive knowledge of testing requirements and methodology, project management, and other IT related processesProficient in querying relational database and understanding database structures. Oracle (relationship) and SOLR (NoSQL) experience a plus.Demonstrated experience / skills should include :
