Night Shift 545pm-6am

Job Title: EMS Dispatcher

Minimum Qualifications:

• EMT Certification and/or EMS Dispatching experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, supplemented by college-level coursework.
• Preferred: At least 1 year of prior dispatching experience, ideally in Dispatching, Call Taking, Communications, or Emergency Medical Services.

Primary Function:

• Perform intake, prioritization, and dispatch of incoming calls for both emergent and non-emergent situations.
• Under indirect supervision, ensure timely and accurate placement of resources to meet the needs of each call.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Valid & current CPR card (Can be completed upon hire)
• Annual TB clearance
• Valid & current Driver’s License
• In good standing with State Office of EMS
• Certification as EMT preferred but not required.
