MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: If you’re the right candidate, you will:

WILLINGNESS TO: To shine in this role, you’ll need to:
- Be game to suggest extra items to customers (think “Hey, would you like fries with that?”).
- Keep it professional, friendly, and helpful with everyone—customers, vendors, and your teammates.
- Stick to Company policies and follow all the rules of Federal and State laws.
- Tackle tasks independently or as part of a team with minimal direction, and follow instructions like a champ.
MENTAL CAPABILITIES: You’ll need to:
- Master the Point of Sale system and handle all cash and payments like a pro, including giving customers their change.
- Tackle daily paperwork and handle transactions like lottery tickets, money orders, and money transfers with precision.
PHYSICAL ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: You should be ready to:
- Brave temperature extremes in the cooler, freezer, or outdoors.
- Stand, stoop, or walk for an entire shift and bend with some twisting.
- Keep things clean—think trash, spills, and bathrooms.
- Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with your hands throughout the day.
- Climb a ladder now and then for storing or retrieving materials or hanging signs.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 30 pounds regularly (stocking shelves, cooler, etc.).
- Push and pull with your arms up to 20 pounds (mopping, using a hand truck, etc.).
OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT: You’ll be expected to:
- Rock all the store equipment (POS system, Fuel Tanks and Dispensers, etc.).
- Keep property and equipment in tip-top shape to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
- Follow all Company Safety and Loss Prevention procedures, including wearing the right safety gear.
