What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Finance position at Fast Tracking Solutions?
Our Real Estate partner is looking to bring on a Director of Finance to oversee their property management and real estate development financial operations. This includes planning, financial analysis, financing, and cash management along with staff supervision and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate loan terms, manage banking relationships, and communicate effectively with lenders, partners, and funding sources.
- Supervise a high-volume, seasonal team.
- Collaborate with the CFO, asset management team, and Senior VPs of PM and RED to analyze and communicate financial results, both in writing and verbally.
- Ensure the financial integrity of the PM & RED programs, including all development projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant funding regulations, guidelines, and requirements set by regulatory agencies, lenders, investors, syndicators, and general partners.
- Prepare and present financial reports to RED lenders, underwriters, syndicators, general partners, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the financial management and operations of affiliate corporations, including regular reporting to boards, committees, and other groups.
- Drive operational growth by identifying trends and implementing strategies to enhance operations. Prepare budgets for future development projects.
- Attend conferences and business trips as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills
- Proven experience as Director of Finance or similar role
- Experience in the Real Estate Industry
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel and Yardi
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
