Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless execution of initiatives across departments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partner healthcare facilities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead and facilitate internal leadership meetings and engage in high-level presentations to prospective healthcare partners.
- Implement training programs and uphold compliance with JCAHO standards for staffing agencies.
- Manage relationships with healthcare facilities, addressing concerns and overseeing contract approvals.
- Work alongside the finance team to ensure prompt payment processes and resolve accounts payable issues.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of Facility Success Managers and ShiftHopper Success Managers.
- Contribute to marketing efforts, including social media strategy and system management.
- Recommend optimizations for applications and services, ensuring timely execution and operational improvements.
- Strong proficiency in computer systems, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and ERP/CRM platforms.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a focus on team collaboration.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Resourcefulness and innovative thinking, with a commitment to enhancing healthcare staffing practices.
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, preferably within a healthcare context.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, complemented by a high school diploma.
- Knowledge of nursing, post-acute care, and inpatient healthcare environments is advantageous.
