We are seeking a proactive and visionary Director of Operations to join our esteemed leadership team in transforming healthcare staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless execution of initiatives across departments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partner healthcare facilities to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead and facilitate internal leadership meetings and engage in high-level presentations to prospective healthcare partners.
  • Implement training programs and uphold compliance with JCAHO standards for staffing agencies.
  • Manage relationships with healthcare facilities, addressing concerns and overseeing contract approvals.
  • Work alongside the finance team to ensure prompt payment processes and resolve accounts payable issues.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of Facility Success Managers and ShiftHopper Success Managers.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts, including social media strategy and system management.
  • Recommend optimizations for applications and services, ensuring timely execution and operational improvements.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in computer systems, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and ERP/CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a focus on team collaboration.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Resourcefulness and innovative thinking, with a commitment to enhancing healthcare staffing practices.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, preferably within a healthcare context.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, complemented by a high school diploma.
  • Knowledge of nursing, post-acute care, and inpatient healthcare environments is advantageous.
