We’re looking for a Senior Web and Graphic Designer to join our marketing team who’s ready to bring bold ideas to life, elevate our digital presence, and make a real impact in a fast-paced, game-changing environment. MUST work from our Charlotte, NC headquarters . You’ll report to the SVP of Marketing and work on collateral, ads, content and websites for all products in the company’s portfolio.

What You’ll Do

Design Our Web Presence : Own the design and update our marketing websites and landing pages, ensuring they as dynamic as the leagues, sports and brands we support.
Elevate Digital Creative : Develop engaging digital assets, including landing pages, banners, videos, playbooks, and email templates, that make our brand unforgettable.
Build Our Brand : we're just getting started, and building a long-term brand is key to our success.
Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and an unbeatable user experience.

Requirements

Experience : 5 years of web design and graphic design experience, ideally in a startup or small company environment working on websites, landing pages, ads and marketing materials.

B2B Expertise : Bonus points if you’ve worked with software companies and understand the nuances of B2B lead generation.

Technical Proficiency : Strong skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow (bonus) and user design principles.

Strategic Thinking : You’re not just about aesthetics—you design with purpose, driving user engagement and conversions.

Team Spirit : You're a team player, collaborative, and also have the discipline to get things done (not an ideal position for perfectionists).

Adaptability : A flexible mindset and the ability to rapidly iterate and manage multiple projects simultaneously. We’re moving fast!

You’re based in (or are planning to relocate to) Charlotte, NC, and excited to work in person.
