We are seeking dedicated Banquet Servers and Dishwashers to play key roles in delivering exceptional service and seamless operations during this special occasion.Dishwasher ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and organization by washing, sanitizing, and properly storing dishes, utensils, and glassware.Operate and maintain industrial dishwashing equipment.Handle waste management, including garbage and recycling disposal.Keep workspaces clean and adhere to health and safety standards.Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation as needed.Restock serving stations with necessary dishware.Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.Banquet Server ResponsibilitiesSet up banquet spaces, including table linens, place settings, and buffet stations.Provide professional, timely service, including food and beverage setup, transport, and service.Address guest inquiries and issues promptly, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.Perform closing duties, such as clearing tables and preparing the space for future events.Maintain a safe, harassment-free environment while adhering to company policies and standards.Participate in pre-shift meetings for event details and updates.Follow the dress code and represent the organization professionally.Handle irregular shifts and schedules as required.QualificationsEducation : High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Experience : Prior experience in similar roles is a plus but not required.Skills : Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.Physical Requirements : Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.Attributes : Punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.Why Join Us?
