We are seeking a Junior Staffing Recruiter to join our team!
You will perform activities such as recruiting new hires and placing general labor and hospitality associates at job sites.
Pay is $18-21.00 hourly DOE

You will perform activities such as recruiting new hires and placing general labor and hospitality associates at job sites.

Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Accurately maintain employee files
- Enter employee information daily into database
- Previous experience in staffing and or recruiting.
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work overtime when needed including weekends
- Bi-lingual Spanish a must
- MS word and Excel knowledge a must
