The Product Manager Support Role is an essential element of both FDH's daily operations and its long-term supply chain management solutions. The Product Manager is the leader for our pricing strategy having responsibility for product pricing, marketing, and training. The individual supporting the Product Mangers will be focused on prioritizing customer quote opportunities and working closely with sales and our suppliers on those opportunities. You will own the strategy and pricing for a portfolio of products and help to educate our sales organization on them. The Product Management team is the liaison between Sales and our Suppliers, helping to negotiate best in class pricing to support the company s overall goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Ship & Debit & SPA maintenance and system entry
- Mfg Quote Entry ePDS and Supplier portals
- Customer quote master manipulation
- Pricing import/export support
- Historic Sales, inventory and on order support
- Vendor Part File Maintenance
- MOQ and Leadtime maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School GED
- 1-3 years of experience in Product Manager Support or Supply Chain administrative roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent with attention to detail
- Strategic thinking skills with strong business analytic skills
- Ability to work in a highly matrix ed organization
- Strong computer skills associated with the utilization of Excel and PowerPoint a must
