We strive for a high level of organization and visually appealing product presentation in our stores. We are looking for someone who is very detail oriented, can quickly learn the small differences in products, and can be creative in terms of merchandising.
Proficiency in sales is an integral component of this role, requiring excellent interpersonal skills both in face-to-face interactions and over the phone.
Responsibilities of this job include:
- Assisting customers in finding desired products.
- Engaging in customer-oriented sales activities, including negotiation prices and providing comprehensive product information.
- Maintaining adequate supply levels by organizing and replenishing stock to ensure product availability.
- Implement visually appealing product layouts and ensure proper product categorization.
- Professionally and promptly answer incoming phone calls, ensuring a positive and courteous customer experience.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs and inquiries.
- Performing various tasks and operations on a computer system to support organizational processes and objectives including but not limited to POS, emailing, Making signs / labels, etc.
