Job Overview
Fastpitch TV Network is looking for a dynamic, creative, and energetic Social Media Manager, Content Creator, and Brand Ambassador to join us for The Spring Games, the world's largest collegiate softball event! This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires capturing the excitement of the tournament, creating engaging content, and representing our brand on-camera and across digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Capture and produce high-quality photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content from games, players, and fans. (a high quality phone camera is acceptable).
- Social Media Management: Post live updates, highlights, shorts, and engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, X , and YouTube.
- On-Camera Presence: Using your phone (selfie style) provide enthusiastic discussions/statements on the games, the event, chat with fans or players in live and/or pre-recorded segments.
- Brand Representation: Serve as the face of Fastpitch TV Network, interacting with players, coaches, and spectators to build engagement.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor social media trends and adjust content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of softball and a passion for the game preferred.
- Experience in social media management, content creation, and on-camera hosting.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in social media video style editing and mobile content creation tools.
- Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable in front of the camera.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, during the tournament.
