Position Summary
Do you have an eye for detail, a knack for numbers, and the charm to keep suppliers on their toes? Our dynamic team is searching for a Buyer/Planner to orchestrate the flow of materials and keep production humming like a well-tuned symphony.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the Master of MRP Messages: Analyze, interpret, and act on our MRP system to ensure orders are placed with laser precision and just-in-time flair.

Collaborate Like a Pro: Work hand-in-hand with production to identify the perfect materials for our processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Supplier Whisperer: Build relationships, negotiate pricing, and secure on-time deliveries that keep our operations ahead of the game. Oh, and don’t forget to spot those sweet savings opportunities!

Inventory Maestro: Maintain the perfect balance—keeping production rolling without overstocking, because nobody likes a warehouse bursting at the seams.

Compensation & Benefits
- $28 - $40 per hour (depending on level of experience)

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in materials or purchasing in a manufacturing environment.

Proven experience in the printing industry is a plus.
