Position Summary

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work with, support and/or direct other team members to achieve production goals.
- Follow standard manufacturing procedures and ensure quality standards and production targets are met.
- Participate in establishing and modifying operational methods and processes by recommending changes in materials, equipment, and procedures.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all production operations.
- Evaluate incoming orders and direct the production line accordingly.
- Resolve production problems and answer questions about processes, methods, or equipment.
- Deliver training for new processes or equipment and onboard new employees.
- Optimize production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.
- Identify and resolve production line problems in a timely manner.
- Perform recordkeeping tasks, including inventory management and order tracking.
- Ensure all employees are working safely and following all safety guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation & Benefits
- $24 - $26 per hour (depending on level of experience)

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience as a team leader is preferred.
- 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
