Position Summary
Are you a scheduling wizard who thrives on solving puzzles, optimizing workflows, and keeping the production floor humming like a well-oiled machine? We’re looking for a Production Planner to join our team and bring order to the chaos (with a dash of fun along the way).
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the Communication Maestro: Keep the calm and carry on by coordinating with employees, management, carriers, and vendors like a true professional.
- Build Relationships Like a Pro: Work closely with internal customers and external partners to ensure everyone’s on the same page.
- Own the Production Floor Game Plan: Develop schedules that balance workload across machines and personnel like a championship coach. Bonus points for optimizing sequencing and minimizing setup times!
- Channel Your Inner Detective: Monitor order queues, Slack channels, and reprints like a hawk to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Lean, Mean, Efficiency Machine: Apply lean manufacturing principles and 5S practices to make our production flow as smooth as butter.
- Quality Guru: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure every product meets our high standards. Quick action on deviations is your superpower.
- Data-Driven Dynamo: Analyze production data to find bottlenecks and propose improvements. You love turning numbers into actionable insights.
- The Great Connector: Facilitate communication between departments like a friendly, all-knowing oracle to prevent delays and resolve issues.

Compensation & Benefits
- $22 - $28 per hour(depending on level of experience)

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least 2 years of related production planning experience required.
- At least 2-4 years of related experience in a manufacturing setting required.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
