Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative
FASTSIGNS of Blue Ash islooking to grow our sales team with the addition of a Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales / Project Manager. Our Inside Sales Team is usually the first point of contact for our customers whether they reach out via the telephone, email, or walking into our Center. We need a smiling face to greet them and help them solve their visual communication challenges while building a long-lasting business relationship.
Some of the daily activities our Inside Sales Team handles include:
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in, email, telephone, and E-commerce customers.
- Understand the complete sales process to consult with customers to determine the best project needs and solutions.
- Learn and be proficient in POS system (CoreBridge) to manage Estimates and Work Orders from initiation to completion to ensure timely delivery of finished orders
- Follow and support the developed annual sales plan to achieve established goals.
- Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with customers and decision makers.
- Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.
- Consultatively sell and make recommendations to prospects and clients using various products and solutions.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals that resulted from a variety of marketing campaigns.
- Develop a complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
- Communicate with customers on their order status and change in the production schedule.
- Provide support as needed with a variety of reports generated from CoreBridge for status updates, follow-up, and preparation for sales and operations meetings.
- Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
- Assist in collection of account receivables.
- Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
- Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues.
- Establish and maintain effective team relationships.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
- Participate in and practice the brand mentality of “Everybody Sells”. Constantly be looking for sales opportunities for the center.

Ideal Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the sign industry is a plus
- Problem solver / Solutions oriented thinker
- Attention to detail
- Math skills
- Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
- Great listening and organization skills.
- Able to multitask and change focus during periods of high activity
- Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,360.00 - $40,560.00 per year
