Scheduling Assistant
We are in search of a scheduling assistant to assist with our day to day routing and scheduling of customer appointments. This is a full time in office position in Georgetown, TX! The tentative start of this position is mid-March. Must pass background check and drug test to be eligible for the position. We are looking for a motivated, quick learning individual who is looking to work in a fast paced environment. Office hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm.
Daily Tasks Include:
- Assist scheduling manager with setting appointments
- Assign jobs to Technicians
- Answer calls and route calls to office staff
- Provide customer appointment times
- Review jobs daily to ensure all information is added to each job
- Ensure accurate data entry and information for our technicians on each job
- Day to day office clerical work such as filing and scanning documents
- Assist Technicians with job questions
Salary
$13 - $15 per hour
Salary : $13 - $15
