Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with our Research and Development team to transform new product concepts into market-ready offerings.
• Conduct research on customer needs, emerging trends, and product benchmarks to keep Fat Fender Garage ahead of the competition.
• Oversee every stage of the product lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to launch and post-launch evaluation.

• Identify and evaluate vendors to secure the best pricing, consistent quality, and timely supply.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, exploring opportunities for new materials or technologies.
• Conduct RFPs, negotiate pricing, and ensure vendor operations meet our quality standards.

• Manage purchasing strategies to keep pricing competitive without sacrificing quality.
• Track, analyze, and forecast product costs and market pricing to inform smart procurement decisions.
• Ensure all procurement activities align with Fat Fender Garage’s commitment to ethical and compliant operations.
4. Website Product Management
•Collaborate with the Marketing and E-Commerce teams to maintain accurate, compelling product listings that reflect our brand’s quality and craftsmanship.
• Monitor sales performance, website metrics, and customer feedback to optimize product visibility and pricing.
• Work with internal teams to align product inventory, shipping logistics, and promotional campaigns.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead, coach, and inspire cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.
• Use strong organizational and communication skills to keep multiple projects on track, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Foster a creative environment that encourages new ideas and continuous improvement.
