Job Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming leads via phone calls, emails and messages with the goal of converting them to customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
- Utilize BuilderPrime and other software tools for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on progress.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strategic planning expertise with a focus on long-term growth initiatives.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
- Proficient in using software tools such as BuilderPrime for managing leads and tracking performance metrics.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for meeting and or exceeding company sales goals.
