A Day in the Life of an Events Operations Manager
Start your day by managing inbound and outbound sales calls, booking and planning events, and ensuring smooth operations for all scheduled parties and activities. You'll lead the Party Host team, oversee billing and scheduling, and collaborate with other managers to achieve financial and guest satisfaction goals. This dynamic role will keep you engaged as you make an impact on the community and create memorable experiences for our guests.
- Plan and execute all events, including scheduling, billing, and guest communications.
- Take inbound and make outbound sales calls to secure and plan events, including marketing outreach to build new relationships.
- Represent FatCats at local community events through marketing booths and cold calls.
- Manage, train, and develop the Party Host team to deliver exceptional service and foster growth.
- Work with your management team to meet event and financial goals, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Regularly communicate with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
