With locations in Utah, Arizona, and Idaho, we strive to create an engaging and memorable atmosphere for friends, families, and groups. We are seeking a Local Marketing Leader to join our dynamic team and help us further connect with our community.
Position Overview:
You will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts at the local level. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that foster strong community connections with schools, church groups, local clubs, and businesses.
Key Responsibilities helping corporate resources and local operators to:
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to engage local schools, church groups, and community organizations.
- Create customized promotional strategies that align with community needs and preferences.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and CRM systems to track and analyze campaign performance, driving continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses for partnership opportunities and cross-promotions.
- Assist in organizing events and promotions at various locations, enhancing customer experience and community involvement.
- Travel to different FatCats centers (15-20% of the time) to support promotional efforts and gain insights into local market dynamics.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on event and digital marketing.
- Proven experience in CRM tools and their application to enhance customer engagement.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively connect with local organizations and stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with local store operators.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to promote brand initiatives.
