Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Agent located in Fairfield, OH. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for handling leases, lease administration, property management, residential leasing, and providing excellent customer service to tenants.
Qualifications
- Experience in Leases, Lease Administration, and Property Management
- Strong background in Residential Leasing
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
- Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
