We are seeking a Client Intake & Office Assistant to join our HVAC team in a part-time role. As the first point of contact for new and existing customers, you will manage inbound calls, gather and input customer information, and ensure accurate records for smooth service onboarding. In addition to client intake, you will assist with clerical tasks such as maintaining records and supporting office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and onboard new customers by collecting and verifying information
- Accurately enter and maintain customer records and documentation
- Assist with file management and general clerical duties
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
