We value hard working reliable cultivation technicians with a passion for the plant.
It's a plus to have 1-3 years commercial cultivation experience and a familiarity within these aspects of growing: Cloning, veg, deleafing, transplanting, scrogging, bucking, harvesting, trimming and all other needs of the grow.
The Cultivation Tech is responsible for assisting with all operations surrounding the Cultivation Department. They are expected to be punctual and efficient. The Cultivation Tech will be assigned tasks, projects, and expectations set forth by the leadership staff and complete all work assigned to them during their scheduled shift. They are conscientious and dependable while adhering to the strict policies and procedures listed in the Standard Operating Procedures. The Cultivation Tech will maintain the health of the plants while keeping the cultivation environment clean and safe.
The Cultivation Tech is expected to complete daily tasks on time, and manage a daily and weekly workload while reporting and communicating with the Cultivation Team Lead.
- Must be 21 years of age,
- This position requires the ability to stand on your feet for multiple hours at a time.
- The ability to lift 50lbs unassisted.
- Ability to climb, squat, bend, twist and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to meet all shift requirements.
- The ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Must be able to be approved by state badging agency.
- Adhere to all CCC regulations and guidelines.
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn in a small team based environment.
- Ability to work under pressure under tight deadlines.
