About the Role:
The Precision Machining Specialist will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC turning machine centers, specifically Doosan and DMG Mori machines with Twin Spindle. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC turning machine centers.
- Perform MDI programming for efficient part production.
- Conduct manual inspection using gauges and instruments.
- Understand GD&T and interpret complex 2-D drawings.
- Monitor and inspect parts throughout the machining process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Associate degree in a relevant field or 3 years of experience in turning center machining.
- Familiarity with Doosan and DMG Mori machine operation.
- Experience working with various materials, such as aluminum, plastic, and steel.
