HR Recruiter Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Multi-Site Recruiter to support recruitment efforts across 10 sites. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of recruitment strategies, and excellent communication skills across various sites simultaneously. You will work closely with site hiring managers at each location to ensure that staffing needs are met in a timely manner.

HR Recruiter Key Responsibilities:

• Manager recruitment process from start to finish
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies for multiple sites based on individual location needs and overall company goals.
• Create and implement comprehensive recruitment training for hiring managers across all sites
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture, ensuring a good match with candidates.
• Create and maintain recruitment plans for each site to meet specific hiring goals.
• Utilize a verity of sourcing methods including job boards, networking, and direct outreach to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for all open roles at multiple locations.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for suitability based on requirements,
• Maintain accurate and up to date candidates’ records in the ATS system.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment progress
• Coordinate interview schedules for hiring managers at multiple locations
• Ensure timely and consistent communication with candidates throughout the interview hiring process.
• Offer support and guidance to hiring managers in areas such as candidates’ selection, interviewing techniques, and recruitment best practices.
• Coordinate with HR and site management to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Create Job Descriptions, write or revise accurate, inclusive, compelling job descriptions to attract the right candidates.
• Manage Offer Process
• Stay up to date with compliance across all sites to ensure that all recruitment practices comply with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
• Promote Employer Brand utilizing Career Pages in different platforms

HR Recruiter Preferred/Required Education and Experience

• High school or equivalent, or
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
• At least three years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

HR Recruiter Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Location: On-site/ Hartland, WI Hours: Monday-Friday 8a.m.-5:00p.m. (Flexibility due to location time zones)
