What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at FatPipe NM?
FatPipe ABQ is seeking a fulltime office manager. This is an onsite and in-person position at FatPipe ABQ, located at 200 Broadway Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102.
The philosophy of all our centers is to provide assistance to entrepreneurs and to help them grow their businesses. The environment at the facilities is one of collaboration, where everyone helps each other.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
This position encompasses two primary functions.
1. Concierge service to members at the FatPipe ABQ location.
2. Facilities management.
Included within the Concierge and Facilities Management responsibility are:
• Offer reception services for members and their guests at FatPipe ABQ.
• Manage member needs and intake, including building access (distribution of keys), move-in and move-out procedures, mail delivery, conference scheduling, etc.
• Manage facility needs, including restocking supplies and snacks, making coffee, cleaning when needed, etc.
• Handle property maintenance, IT, janitorial and other service providers to address any outstanding needs in a clear and timely manner.
• Assist with event management, conference room rentals and setup.
• Handle member relations to ensure their needs and requirements are met with the highest priority.
• With help from your associates, assist members to find solutions to their business challenges via contractors, service providers and with basic start up business needs (legal, financial, administrative, etc.).
· Answering doorbells and responding to security alerts (this may require after-hours visit to the facility)
Skills Desired:
• Outgoing, friendly, and customer-service focused.
• Great written and oral communication skills.
• Able to pivot and multi-task (owners of startups wear many hats).
• Working knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be willing to use personally owned vehicle for errands, such as visits to bank or purchase of office supplies.
• Must be willing to cover other locations and assist associates (this can be done remotely – but we may need your help answering doors and emails for members at other locations).
• Trustful and collaborative work style as we run three centers and everyone needs to work together.
This is an on-site, in-person position!! Not WFH. Fulltime, M-F 8:30am-4:30pm (there might be some flexibility here)

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.
