- Lead the Crew : Guide and inspire our equipment operators and laborers to crush (pun intended) production goals.
- Plan Like a Pro : Use your analytical skills to create annual and periodic production strategies that deliver results.
- Make Things Better : Spot opportunities for improvements, streamline processes, and keep operations running like a well-oiled machine.
- Train & Empower : Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and teamwork – because strong teams = great results.
- Stay Compliant : Keep us in tip-top shape by ensuring safety and regulatory requirements (MSHA, DNR) are always met.
- Communicate & Collaborate : Work closely with customers, internal teams, and management to deliver quality and satisfaction across the board.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Leadership : Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
- Organization : A master at scheduling, project management, and operational planning.
- Communication : You’ve got the gift of clear, effective communication (both written and spoken).
- Self-Starter : You take initiative, motivate others, and tackle challenges head-on.
- Experience : A solid background in collaborative, team-oriented production environments.
