At Faust Harrison Pianos, we offer the finest new and used pianos, as well as expertly restored vintage Steinways, from our elegant showrooms across the country. We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team, working across both our Manhattan and White Plains showrooms (two days per week at each location, for a total of four days per week, 8 hours per day).
About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, customer engagement, and operational excellence. As the Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving showroom efficiency. You will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with sales inquiries, post-sale coordination, and showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with customer interactions, follow-ups, and showroom presentations to enhance the buying experience.
- Customer Engagement: Greet and engage showroom visitors, answer inquiries, and provide a welcoming and informative experience.
- Post-Sale Coordination: Handle invoicing, payment collection, and scheduling of deliveries to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Operational Oversight: Maintain showroom organization, coordinate with subcontractors, and oversee general daily operations.
- Data & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and inventory using internal systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, piano movers, and management to optimize showroom performance.
Who You Are:
- You have a strong interest in sales and a desire to become more engrained in the sales field.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You are comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player.
- You have strong computer skills and can quickly learn new systems.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- The ability to play the piano is strongly preferred.

Expected hours: 32 per week
Schedule & Work Locations:
- 2 days per week at our Manhattan showroom
- 2 days per week at our White Plains, NY showroom
