Passionate about the Beauty Industry? This is a great opportunity to discover and be part of the coveted world of perfumery. Based in our New York office, the Sales Service Admin will be part of our Sales team, working with an Account Manager and all the eco-system contributing to the creation of a fragrance (Perfumers, Evaluators, Marketing), managing the back office to support the front office efforts for a portfolio of Brands.
As a Sales Administrator , you will play an important role in an account team providing critical support enhancing the customer experience and developing an intimate understanding of Givaudan briefing and project management systems.

You will report to the Senior Account Manager and be located in our New York office working 4 days at the office and 1 day at home.
Support our business :
- Coordinate multiple client fragrance development projects, managing deadlines and client requests, updating projects, coordinating shipment of samples, logging in bases, keeping records up to date.
- Support all aspects of business (sourcing market products, information, creative & technical needs).
- Be the daily interface and provide ongoing support to the clients for pricing, stability and regulatory issuing the necessary safety documents.
- Manage new win requirements internally and externally (Pricing, Regulatory, Stability, Vendor Management).
Communication :
Administrative Support : Act as an interdepartmental coordination specialist (liaison with Evaluation, Marketing, Perfumery, Labs, Customer Service, Production, Purchasing, Operations, Distribution, Planning, QC, Pricing).

Salary expectation based on experience : $61,000 - $62,000 with a $1,200 bonus.
