Favor TechConsulting, LLC (FTC)is seeking a talentedIntelligence Support Officer (Intelligence Planner) with extensive DIA and Intelligence government experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Role Overview: Support the Intelligence Directorate in performing and managing strategic and operational analysis and production with an emphasis on intelligence planning support related to NORTHCOM planning efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Research all-source reporting to produce predictive and current finished intelligence products, coordinate all analytical products, and support national level organizations and theater staffs for dissemination across tactical, operational, and strategic environments
- Provide intelligence plans support for CCMD peacetime and contingency operations and plans
- Participate or Lead Operations Planning Teams (OPTs) and/or Intelligence Planning Teams (IPTs)
- Develop or participate in the development of campaign planning efforts, operations orders, and concepts of operations
- Engage associated organizations for intelligence planning support and coordination; employ intelligence support to the Joint Planning Process and exercise planning and execution
- Plan, coordinate, and advise Sr. leadership and management officials on a wide range of complex administrative operational functions
- Independently execute plans after receiving approval from Deputy Directors/Executive Leadership
- Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate administrative issues
- Evaluate, identify, and document best practices, and inefficient practices, and recommend improvements
- Facilitate the formulation, coordination, integration, and synchronization of staff actions, tasks, events, and other activities of J2 divisions
Required Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of Joint, DOD and NATO planning doctrine, staff coordination, regulations and publications, CCMD theater plans and operations
- Expertise in the Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Environment
- Expertise in the Joint Planning Process
- Experience working at the Service Component Command or Combatant Command Level

Bachelor’s Degree
Years of Professional Experience:
6-8 Years in Intelligence Planning
Desired Skills & Experience
Formal Intelligence planning and/or education, Executive-level communication, staff coordination, Joint planning and collaboration (i.e. certified intelligence planner, JPME graduate, joint qualified)
Professional Certification(s):
JPME-1, IPC-1, Command and General Staff College (or equivalent)
