About This Role:
Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talentedUser Transition Manager to support the Defense Intelligence Agency’s CI/HUMINT Coordination Community Program Officer (C3PO)
Responsibilities:
- Develop transition plan to assist the migration of the user community off legacy applications
- Develop timelines and user groups to be affected as well as the schedule for CIO to implement moving data between legacy and future systems
- Support PMO, Requirements Manager, and Business Intelligence Lead
- 5 years of experience as a Staff Officer
- Ability quickly learn Directorate for Operations applications and systems to provide support to the user community
- Experience developing training plans and transition plans
“Nice-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with Full Stack Development
- Experience with Software/Application development/engineering
- Experience with light weight front end development
