Definition of Work:
Client-facing, primary point of contact for client growth. Drives growth within client relationships by emphasizing expanded communication lines within the client and engaging with C-suite and other leadership. Responsible for tracking trends and changes within the client's organization and leadership structure. Constantly assess the health of each client partnership ensuring maximum viability.
Job Description:
- Client-facing, primary point of contact for client growth
- Achieves goals and metrics set by the VP of Favorite Managed Services & Director of Client Engagement & Program Management
- Reports on processes, areas for improvement, and ongoing metrics
- Drives growth within client relationships by emphasizing expanded communication lines within the client and engaging with C-suite and other leadership ongoing
- Responsible for tracking trends and changes within the client's organization and leadership structure
- Responsible for daily call logging and outreach process reporting
- Manages all CRM notes and contact updates
- Collaboration across Managed Services team for the expansion of client partnerships
- Works closely with all Account Managers to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within client partnerships
- Growing aligned accounts based on the metrics provided by Director of Client Engagement
- Must execute responsive communication
- Responsible for the overall client satisfaction
- Constantly assess the health of each client partnership ensuring maximum viability
- Executes the roll-out of new or improved program opportunities for current clients
- Responsible for all client Quarterly Business Reviews including facilitation of scheduling and action items pertaining to QBRs
- Maintenance of timely rate reviews/updates and contract renewals (with a quarterly minimum review based on the market) and all communication with the client in relation to rates
- Collaboration across account management within Managed Services for the improvement of client support and services
- Specializes in understanding the details of client accounts, where we are currently partnered and opportunities for growth as it relates to calling client partners
- Executes effective client contact and research including leadership connections, communicating new market intel such as client expansion, new locations, etc.
- Understands the full scope of MSP operational offerings and services in-scope under the agreement and those that could be added as an additional service line
- Utilizes marketing pieces for the execution of expanded partner lines within current clients (growth in allied, direct hire, etc.)
- Effective communication between:
- Program Manager and Client
- Program Manager and Account Managers
- Program Manager and Client Engagement
- Program Manager and Payroll/Logistics
Experience and Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate should be collaborative with all partnerships of Favorite Managed Services
- Must have clear and effective communication abilities
- Must be metrics and goal driven to support growth
- Experience with client facing engagement
