Job Overview: As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for overseeing our production team members, managing workflow, and ensuring that quality and safety standards are consistently met. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to driving continuous improvement.
This position will oversee the Assembly line which produces automated dispensing products such as vending machines, lockers, etc.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent experience required.
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor or similar role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exposure working with Unions.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in using manufacturing software and systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate proficiently verbally and through electronic media
Physical Requirements:
Mobility: The ability to move around the manufacturing facility, including walking, standing, and climbing stairs, is often essential for a Manufacturing Supervisor. This is necessary to oversee operations, address issues on the production floor, and ensure smooth workflow.
Lifting and Carrying: The position may involve lifting and carrying moderately heavy objects, equipment, or materials. A Manufacturing Supervisor may need to assist with the handling of products or components, especially during troubleshooting or quality control processes.
Manual Dexterity: Good manual dexterity is important for handling tools, equipment, and performing tasks that may require precision. This can include manipulating small parts, adjusting machinery, or using various tools.
