Faxon Firearms, a leader in firearm innovation and quality, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our Sales & Marketing team. Reports to : Director of Sales & Marketing / Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive customer support via email, FreshDesk, live chat, phone, and social media.
- Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) efficiently.
- Spend approximately 95% of time on customer service activities and 5% on inside sales support.
- Assist with various sales and marketing tasks through cross-training initiatives.
- Maintain strong, positive interactions with customers, ensuring a pleasant and accommodating experience that reinforces the Faxon brand.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

While the Customer Service Associate position is primarily office-based, it does require some physical effort. This includes occasional lifting of merchandise or promotional materials up to 30 lbs, as well as the potential for standing and walking during events. A general level of physical fitness is beneficial for successfully handling these aspects of the job.
