We are currently looking for a Closer to join our team.
Reporting to the Closing Manager, this position is responsible for preparing and reviewing loan closing documentation for business purpose loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines and regulations. This role verifies completeness, resolves discrepancies, and finalizes the loan to initiate funding. This position coordinates with sales, processors, underwriters, title companies, and borrowers to facilitate a streamlined closing process.
Additionally, this role monitors the closing schedule to ensure a timely closing, addresses last-minute changes and communicates with all stakeholders to prevent delays. This position plays a key role in maintaining an efficient, accurate, and compliant closing process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Include:
- High School Diploma/ GED required
- 2 years’ experience in loan closing, mortgage processing, or a related role in the financial services industry
- 2 years’ experience in the mortgage servicing industry
- 1 years’ experience in customer service roles with demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced work environment
- Demonstrable knowledge of loan closing procedures, regulations, and compliance standards
- Strong knowledge of federal, state and local regulations governing residential loans and closings
- Proficient in loan origination software, closing platforms or related industry tools preferred
- Solid skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Compensation
- The hiring range for this position is between $65,000.00 - $69,992.00 annually
- This position is eligible for an additional monthly incentive
