We are currently looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team.
Reporting to the Director, Corporate Accounting and Reporting, this position manages month-end close procedures, such as balance sheet reconciliations, expense accruals and roll-forward schedules to ensure the accurate reconciliation of general ledger accounts. This position prepares and posts daily and monthly journal entries, cash receipts, and cash transfers, ensuring overall proper allocation.
The Senior Accountant oversees the positive pay process on assigned corporate bank accounts to maintain appropriate documentation and ensure the proper reconciliation of outstanding checks. This role prepares and analyzes financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for senior management review. Additionally, this position assists with third-party audit requests and the preparation of year-end audit schedules.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field required
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- 5 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate or public accounting setting
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting procedures
- Demonstratable proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP)
- Strong skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to prioritize numerous tasks and manage shifting priorities

Compensation
- The hiring range for this position is between $72,000.00-$94,800.00 annually
- This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
