We are currently looking for a VP, Escrow to join our team.
Reporting to TC&E Leadership, this position is responsible for managing the daily escrow operations, ensuring efficient transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and service excellence. This role leads a high-performing team of Escrow Officers and Closing Assistants, providing oversight in processing escrow transactions, escalations, and maintaining operational integrity.
This position partners with external stakeholders, including real estate professionals, lenders, and regulatory agencies, to resolve complex escrow issues, mitigate risk, and ensure adherence to industry regulations. Additionally, this role collaborates with internal departments to drive process improvements and optimize escrow operations to support business objectives.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- 7 years’ experience in escrow, title, or real estate transactions
- 7 years’ experience in the financial, mortgage, or title industries
- 5 years’ experience managing people and leading teams
- In-depth knowledge of escrow procedures, title insurance, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in process optimization and technology-driven escrow solutions preferred
- Strong skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization to influence and drive required results
- Effective management skills include talent selection, training, coaching, mentorship, and performance management
- Strength of leadership with proven ability to foster an environment of positive employee engagement and trust
- Demonstrated ability to quickly establish credibility; coupled with recognizing and supporting the organization’s culture, values, and priorities

Compensation
- The hiring range for this position is $100,000.00 annually
- This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
