The Program
Participants in the Engineering Development program will have the opportunity to contribute to complex infrastructure projects and community changing P3 and Design- Build projects. Our goal is to foster your curiosity and give our new engineers the tools they need to develop their technical, leadership and problem-solving skills. You will be assigned a mentor to teach and support you through the process.
Who:
Recent Civil Engineering, Construction Management or General Engineering graduates. Previous internship or co-op experience preferred. Participants must be willing to travel.
What:
Full time, 16-month program with rotations in the field, estimating, safety and project controls that combines coaching, development and mentoring. After the program, participants typically move into a field engineer, estimating or scheduling role.
