Pay Range: $45,000 - $65,000/yr

Duties
- Build Rapport and establish relationships with customers to provide the right services
- Outbound call customers to understanding their needs and identify sales opportunities
- Follow-up on leads, open estimates, cancelled jobs, and completed jobs for additional service opportunities
- Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers
- Answer customer questions and email additional information
- Attend and participate in all required meetings and trainings to continue development of interpersonal and technical skills
- Explain products and services to customers
- Be the main point of contact/liaison between your clients and the Fayette team.
- Meet and exceed individual daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
- Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information
- Keep up with product and service information and updates
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or inside sales experience
- Previous experience in commercial service industry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC or construction a plus
- Proficiency in warm calling and outbound calling techniques
- Strong software knowledge to effectively demonstrate product features
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and build relationships
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service and phone skills
