Fayette Resources, Inc. a local non-profit Company has a Program Specialist position available in our Rostraver office working with adults who have intellectual disabilities. This is a supervisor position that would oversee multiple group homes in the Allegheny County area. Must have an associate’s degree or 60 credits from an accredited college or university and 4 years of related experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related experience. Applicant should be able to work a flexible schedule, have good communication and organizational skills. Supervisory experience a plus. Must have a valid PA drivers’ license. This is a full-time position with an excellent benefit package and starting salary of $62,108.80.
