Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President of Academic Services.
- Manage the Vice President’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate and organize departmental events and meetings.
- Maintain confidential records and files, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the Academic Services office.
- Oversees the faculty administrative assistants.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Academic Qualifications
- At least two years of education or experience in an office environment is preferred.
