FBBC&TS is seeking to employ a qualified individual for a full-time executive administrative assistant for
the Vice President of Academic Services.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President of Academic Services.
  • Manage the Vice President’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Coordinate and organize departmental events and meetings.
  • Maintain confidential records and files, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the Academic Services office.
  • Oversees the faculty administrative assistants.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrates dedication to the Lord and activeness in the local church.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Academic Qualifications

  • At least two years of education or experience in an office environment is preferred.
