What You’ll Do:
Assist the Agency Support Manager & Field Sales Assistants (FSAs) with various tasks, including:
· Draft communications that will be sent to Field Leadership.
· Assist with department incentive and bonus programs.
· Review District Manager marketing & website materials to ensure accuracy.
· Assist in planning of Sales & Distribution meetings and conferences.
· Support FSAs in reviewing and creating reports to help District Managers drive sales and appointments.
· Assist FSAs with development, preparations, and communication for sales promotions, marketing campaigns & programs, meetings, and presentations for District Managers.
· Manage electronic and hard copy filing systems and coordinate incoming correspondence.
· Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
Our internship program holds an 80/10/10 approach, meaning that 80% of your work time will involve performing tasks or working on projects within your hired work area. Another 10% of the time, you will be exposed to learning in other areas within your assigned division to get more corporate experience. Then, the final 10% will be spent in shared experiences across the organization, where you will get to really learn about our culture and work environment.
