What You’ll Do:
Our internship program holds an 80/10/10 approach, meaning that 80% of your work time will involve performing tasks or work on projects within your hired work area. Another 10% of the time, you will be exposed to learning in other areas within your assigned division to get more corporate experience. Then, the final 10% will be spent in shared experiences across the organization, where you will get to really learn about our culture and work environment.
- Work closely with Microsoft and AV Engineers to develop skills required for careers in the Information Technology and the Audio-Visual fields.
- Gain real-world experience related to project work, production support, and AV support.
- Explore different areas of Information Technology by participating in divisional activities.
- Learn about Farm Bureau Financial Services and the insurance industry by participating in organizational events.
- Learn about Microsoft 365 administration by participating in daily stand-ups, hands-on training, and configuring video conference equipment.

What It Takes to Join Our Team:
- Be a college student pursuing a Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering or Computer Science degree.
- Completion of a Microsoft 365 Administration course is preferred.
- Experience with Audio Visual equipment is also preferred.
- Be a quick learner who is eager to learn new concepts and ideas.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills and be a team player.
- Possess good problem-solving skills.
- Be a self-starter, take initiative and be highly motivated.
- Be dependable and able to work a 38-hour work week during summer 2025.
