Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in a fast-paced security services environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and coordination of security personnel, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting with compliance and training-related activities. This role requires someone who can thrive in a high-volume, detail-oriented setting with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding of security officers
- Coordinate background checks, license verification, drug screenings, and other compliance requirements
- Conduct interviews for guards and field staff
- Track license expirations and certifications to ensure full regulatory compliance
- Scheduling shifts and managing attendance or disciplinary records as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS or scheduling software is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
