You will establish defined metrics for success, assess risks, and prioritize projects effectively to align with the strategic goals of our company.
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years of project management experience in the food, energy, or similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Skilled at handling multiple priorities and thriving under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven track record of inspiring and guiding teams to achieve project objectives.
- Hands-on experience with equipment scaling and pilot facilities is advantageous.
- Multidisciplinary understanding of mechanical, electrical, and chemical engineering principles.
