Job Summary
We are looking for an exceptional ServiceNow Program Manager to lead and transform our ServiceNow initiatives—and beyond. This is more than a project management role; it's about visionary leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering results that align with ambitious enterprise goals. You’ll oversee a portfolio of ServiceNow projects—including ITSM, ITOM, and CSM—while influencing enterprise-wide programs that redefine the way our teams work. This role requires strong communication, strategic alignment across business and IT, and the ability to lead teams toward successful, impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute program strategies that connect ServiceNow capabilities to broader business objectives.
- Lead multiple ServiceNow projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, testers, admins, and change management professionals.
- Partner with executives and stakeholders to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
- Oversee program governance, track milestones, and manage risk, issues, timelines, and resources.
- Champion organizational change by leading adoption strategies, workshops, and communication efforts.
- Collaborate on user training and communication plans to maximize adoption and user engagement.
- Monitor and report on program success metrics and ROI to leadership.
- Stay current on ServiceNow innovations and recommend enhancements that keep our organization ahead of the curve.
- Act as a coach and mentor to project managers, encouraging excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of program management experience delivering technology and business transformation programs.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow platforms, including ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Local to the Raleigh, NC area (preferred but not required).
- PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications.
- ServiceNow certifications (a major plus).
- Experience leading enterprise-wide change and adoption initiatives.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
