As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage various engineering and construction projects, ensuring that all phases are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills to align project objectives with organizational goals and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery by coordinating with contractors, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure project success.
- Oversee and review project specifications, drawings, and plans to ensure accuracy and alignment with objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards across all project phases.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Identify potential risks, resolve project challenges, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
- Maintain and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders.
