The Digital Dealer - Director of Program Management role is focused on managing the overall Digital Dealer Program in conjunction with the Agency of Record employed to provide consulting services for the purpose of driving retail sales.
The objectives of the Dealer Digital program are to support dealers in the following areas:
Websites
Traffic Drivers
Lead Generation
Lead Management
Program Dashboards and Analytics
Fixed Operations
Commercial Vehicles
CPOV
CRM
General Digital Support
Online Retail Tools/Product Offerings
Alignment with Tier 1 and 2
This position will work across Brands, Sales, Agencies, Media, and the Data and Analytics teams to coordinate all efforts to improve core Digital Dealer KPI’s which include Lead Volumes, Close Rates, Digital Contribution to Retail Sales, Website Traffic and Conversions, Program Spend and Participation.
Key Responsibilities
Support the growth of sales and market share by engaging with existing vendors
Investigate new opportunities/vendors with the goal of evolving in a dynamic medium
Manage the existing suite of digital products and services for dealers
Continually investigate the opportunities to improve the customer experience
Facilitate the efficient flow of information and data necessary to prepare executive level reporting and insights
Budget responsibility
Assist in establishing and enforcing Dealer Digital program rules
Work with dealers to address dealer needs and ensure consistent, optimized customers experiences across tiers
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
10 years’ experience working in marketing, with experience in Automotive Retail and multi-channel executions
Experience leading teams of various sizes
Understanding of Automotive Retail and an ability to connect strategic goals with key marketing levers to drive traffic
Commercial experience with a focus in online retail marketing & customer experience strategies to key performance metrics
Understanding of online retail tools to include, but not limited to, chat, social and reputation management, and trade-in, and how they are utilized within dealer processes
Deep understanding of and experience working in a data-driven, agile manner
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and coordinating a variety of resources to ensure delivery of a project
Experience in being a change agent, with the ability to drive change within the Marketing, Sales & dealer organizations
Experience managing budgets
