What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Creative Director: Design position at FCB (Foote Cone & Belding)?
The ACD is a complete creative, responsible for leading a team in design excellence. The ACD collaborates with the CD in directing the activities of the group in accordance with the agency's standards of creative excellence and profitability, while exceeding client's expectations.
SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :
The Work :
- Be an expert on client business beyond creative challenges
- Manage projects from creative concept to execution; lead the entire process and substantiate strategic direction with design justification
- Ultimately deliver innovative, conceptual design solutions for our clients
- An experienced presenter responsible for high-level presentations and frequent client contact
- Plan and lead brainstorming sessions
- Keep abreast of evolving design and cultural trends;actively aware of emerging technology, sharing with the team as appropriate
- Partner with account team to develop and present design solutions to our clients
